Each program is individually tailored to suit a student's need. Most sessions are between 90 and 150 minutes in length; both the number of sessions per week and the total number of weeks of instruction will vary from student to student.
For SAT or ACT preparation, we recommend between fifteen and twenty two-hour sessions plus five practice exams. For typical students, this three to five month program is ideal for complete integration of the material covered.
COLLEGE COUNSELING
Our comprehensive program consists of twelve to fifteen sessions beginning in the spring or summer before senior year. We guide students through the entire process, from researching schools to completing applications, including personal statements. Personalized college essay programs are also available and vary depending on the number of essays required.
Your individual situation will be assessed and options will be covered during your consultation with Deborah Puette, our Vice President/Managing Director.
Rates vary by tutor and subject, and range from $125 - 225 per hour.
